Next free online class 22/11 Menstrual Cycle

I am just back from teaching my courses in the UK this autumn and bringing awareness of the power of the Extraordinary Vessels to more people. I also appreciated my time in the country side.
I loved seeing the English vegetable gardens at the Pig near Bath, where I had a Sunday lunch with my family
I also enjoyed visiting the Newt near Castle Cary in Somerset. They have a beautiful kitchen garden but I also enjoyed the bonsai.
I got inspiration for my own garden, where I have not had so much success with the brassicas, although we had a great harvest with many other things. We need to get our pond filled so we have more insects and animals to keep away the slugs and aphids.
I also spent some time in Pembrokeshire by Llangrannog beach with my friend and fellow shiatsu practitioner Carola Beresford-Cooke. We recorded a talk with Fanny Roque, a French shiatsu practitioner on nourishing ourselves and our clients with the Spleen meridian and the Penetrating Vessel. Watch out for this soon on my YouTube channel.
Next UK courses
I am looking forward to teaching my next UK course which is the Pregnancy Massage and Shiatsu. In 2025 it is an in-depth 4 day immersion, at a wonderful retreat in the countryside near Glastonbury, Earth Spirit from 1st to 5th May (Thursday evening till the Bank Monday afternoon). There is so much overlap between the massage and shiatsu courses I decided to combine the two because I feel that each discipline can enrich the other. People seem to like this idea and it is already booking up. If you want to come I would book soon!
We will explore the anatomy and energetics of pregnancy, exercises and visualisations along with hands-on techniques. I will be teaching it with my daughter Rosa, who is a pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher and a massage therapist who has completed the Pregnancy Massage Diploma with me.

Je reviens tout juste d'avoir donné mes cours au Royaume-Uni cet automne et d'avoir sensibilisé un plus grand nombre de personnes au pouvoir des vaisseaux extraordinaires. J'ai également apprécié mon séjour à la campagne.
J'ai adoré voir les jardins potagers anglais au Pig près de Bath, où j'ai déjeuné le dimanche avec ma famille.
J'ai également aimé visiter le Newt près de Castle Cary dans le Somerset. Ils ont un magnifique jardin potager, mais j'ai aussi apprécié les bonsaïs.
J'ai trouvé l'inspiration pour mon propre jardin, où je n'ai pas eu beaucoup de succès avec les brassicas, bien que nous ayons eu une belle récolte avec beaucoup d'autres choses. Nous devons remplir notre étang afin d'avoir plus d'insectes et d'animaux pour éloigner les limaces et les pucerons.
J'ai également passé du temps dans le Pembrokeshire, sur la plage de Llangrannog, avec mon amie et collègue praticienne de shiatsu Carola Beresford-Cooke. Nous avons enregistré une conférence avec Fanny Roque, une praticienne française de shiatsu, sur la manière de nous nourrir et de nourrir nos clients avec le méridien de la rate et le vaisseau pénétrant. Cet enregistrement sera bientôt disponible sur ma chaîne YouTube.
